  I have been a client of Nick's for over 8 years and have a very high regard for the work he does. As an older person who has been involved in fairly high risk activities for most of my life, I have accumulated my share of injuries, so maintaining my overall fitness and flexibility is paramount in enabling me to keep doing the things I love. Without Nick's expertise, I don't think it would have been possible to stay pain free and achieve the level of fitness that is an essential part of my overall sense of well being.
  Since I have been getting regular therapy at Postural Performance, I have not been to a physiotherapist or any had any other type of musculoskeletal therapy from another practitioner. Nick has addressed any issues that have arisen and given me the appropriate exercises to use for strengthening and mobility.
  I cannot recommend Nick Holmes highly enough.

  Myself and my partner have been seeing Nick for many years now. We have seen several masseurs over the years but nobody came anywhere close to being as good as Nick is. He is a true professional and very compassionate about what he does. I had back problems and had to visit the Osteopath several times a year to keep them under control. Since I have been seeing Nick I have never had to go to an Osteopath again.If you are looking for a masseur this is the man, there is no better.

  I just graduated from Physical Therapy pain-free!!! I would not have fully recovered without the expertise and care provided by Nick. Holmes from @posturalperformance. Nick has magic hands and a keen eye for the slightest nuances in body movement that facilitated my full recovery.
  When I came to Postural Performance at Kangaroo Point, I felt a lot of pain. I could not walk up a flight of stairs, walk, sit, or sleep without pain. It was a lot of constant work, and it will be on me to keep up all the required maintenance for the rest of my life, but I am so happy to report that I am back to walking, hiking, doing yoga, dancing, and swimming with my friends and family. To be able to sleep through the night without pain is a beautiful thing!

  Nick is simply the best.
  Truly professional, knows what he is doing, diagnoses issues very well, helps you understand your issue and guides you throughout your recovery.
  over the years, he has always helped me with my sports related injuries and also maintenance of my body.
  I have always recommended him to friends and family.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE - Went to see Nick today to address my shoulder problems that I have had from years of performing, rugby, aerial fitness, pole and being a single mum to three active children. Can I just say that I walked out of my session feeling so light and for the first time again for a long time, my shoulders and back felt so much easier to move and rotate. The clinic setup is zen and have such a relaxing vibe. Nick have also given me stretch routines that worked exactly where my problems are to maintain flexibility and easier joint rotations. I am so grateful I found this clinic. Thanks heaps, Nick! Finally found my go-to body maintenance hub ♥️
